The Service
Sigtera generates synthetic, labeled RF signal data (such as IQ recordings and spectrograms) from parameters you provide. The Service is offered through this website and a programmatic API.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt or overload it, circumvent usage limits or security, access it by unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that violates these Terms.
Your content and our platform
You retain rights to the datasets you generate with the Service and may use them for your own purposes. The Service itself — including our software, models, and site — remains the property of Sigtera, and nothing in these Terms grants you rights to it except the right to use the Service as intended.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Generated signals are simulations and may not perfectly reflect real-world RF; you are responsible for validating suitability for your use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigtera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
